Technology Support Engineer (OIT)

- This position will provide and supervise comprehensive technology support to the BYU Campus as a member of the Office of Information Technology Support Services Group.
- Build trust between the Office of IT and campus customers by directing and implementing activities that will improve our customer service.

AV Events Engineer (OIT)

- This position will provide or oversee live production support for Office of Information Technology (OIT) customers, specifically in Audio Production.
- This position will fill the role of Production Manager, overseeing all aspects of assigned events, including crewing, scheduling, design, production elements, customer vision, and event success.
- This person will specialize in audio support and provide audio support or supervise/direct others who provide audio support for these events.
Oracle Database Administrator (OIT)
- contribute to the strategic direction of the data team and provide proactive support
- Independently analyze database problems and provide problem resolution.
- Assist with upgrading and patching, backup and restore, monitoring, and system configuration.
- Assist with account management, performance tuning, design review, user support.
